Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit, as glass bottles are fragile.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item is unopened and unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
